NEWS & UPDATES  

February 2011/Albuquerque, New Mexico - SCS will be providing producing and webcasting services on February 25th for New Mexico Chapter of the Institute for International Film Financing (IIFF) at the Hard Rock Casino Convention Center. The Institute for International Film Financing (IIFF) is an innovative, independent social-impact organization that endeavors to bridge the gap between the worlds of filmmaking and financing for the benefit of all stakeholders – including the public at large.

January 2011/Albuquerque, New Mexico - SCS will be providing producing and webcasting services on January 11th for the Rio Grande Foundation - New Mexico Film Industry Policy Debate. Participants include proponents and opponents of film incentives including Representative Brian Egolf, Senator Sue Wilson Beffort, Representative Dennis Kintigh and Representative Janice Arnold-Jones. The event will be moderated by Gwyneth Doland.

December 2010/Albuquerque, New Mexico - SCS Founder and Executive Producer Kenneth Segura Knoll will be a panel member at the first meeting(s) in Santa Fe and Las Cruses of the New Mexico Chapter of the Institute for International Film Financing (IIFF). The grassroots community get-together is designed to foster productive relationship between film makers and investors. 

November 2010/Albuquerque, New Mexico - Southwest Communication Services, Inc. announced today that upgrades for HD Streaming are in now in process. The company has ordered HD systems from Newtek and DataVideo for side by side field testing for Live Production needs. "We plan to be live streaming HD content in the first quarter of 2011. This will allow us to stream directly to Internet ready television sets." announced Founder and Executive Producer Kenneth Segura Knoll.
